Join us for a delicious day out unearthing the elusive truffle with our Taste of Truffles tour..
Starting in Hamilton we will head to Rotorua to NZ’s largest truffière. Here we will learn more about these prized fungi and embark on a hunt to see what we can find.
Successful, we will head back to Hamilton where Mat and the team at Palate will have worked their magic to enjoy a three-course truffle dinner.
